Join me in this warm, welcoming monthly session to explore powerful yet accessible, Somatic Healing practices, EFT (tapping), breathwork and meditation, that will help you navigate being human in this busy, complex world.

We are living in a time where we are more distracted, under pressure and more overstimulated than ever before. So these monthly circles offer a safe, non-judgmental space to:

  • Deeply soothe, restore and release stress held in the body, heart and mind

  • Experience and explore powerful evidence-based, trauma-informed holistic practices that regulate and soothe your nervous system, bring clarity of mind, reawaken what’s most important to you and build the courage you need to move through the world from that place

  • Cultivate resilience and resource on every level (body, emotions, values, mind and soul)

  • Reconnect and rebuild trust in your body again.

  • Uncover beliefs and patterns that are holding you back and gain tools to start rewriting them for yourself

  • Build the capacity and resilience to navigate life’s ups and downs

  • Discover the transformative power of modalities such as Somatic Healing Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (aka. tapping), embodied movement, therapeutic yoga, breathwork, heart-brain coherence and meditation

  • Gather your own unique “toolkit for life” that you can draw upon when you need it most

The word “somatic” derives from the greek word “soma” and it means the living aware bodily person meaning that the body and mind can’t be separated. Research has now proven that only 20% of the information we feel in the body comes from the brain. But 80% of that information comes from the body first, and is then sent up the brain, making the body and nervous system the root of the river.

So whether you are struggling with unhelpful levels of stress, challenging emotions, confidence and limiting beliefs, tending to the body and nervous system is a vital piece of the puzzle.

The body and nervous system hold our past, present and potential. But the beautiful thing? It is always learning and can rewrite if you support it in doing so.

Because we can’t avoid stress in this life, but we can change the way we take care of ourselves within it.

I will draw upon my 15+ years of experience working in trauma-informed somatic healing therapies, embodied coaching, yoga therapy & mental health, to help you feel more grounded, clear, supported and more awake to the beauty of life in and around you.

All you will need is:

  • Comfortable clothes that you can sit and gently move in

  • A curiosity and openness to explore the wisdom of the body

  • Optional: a journal and pen to jot down any insights that may arise
